Returns & Withdrawal

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please download and complete the withdrawal form linked below and send it to support@celesteofficial.com / You will receive further instructions and, where applicable, a return label within 24 hours.

Returns from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands
  • You will receive a prepaid return label via email
  • A return fee of 5.90 € will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing
Returns from other EU countries
  • You may request a prepaid return label via email
  • The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received
  • Alternatively, you may choose to return the item at your own expense
Returns from all other countries
  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer
